Croquet Australia has opened Expressions of Interest for the voluntary position of National Coordinator of Coaching, a key leadership role supporting the ongoing development of coaching across all codes of croquet.
The position is responsible for guiding and coordinating coach development nationally, with a strong focus on strengthening the coaching pathway. Working collaboratively with Croquet Australia’s Pathways and Administration Coordinator and the Academy Committee, the Coordinator will lead the development, review and refinement of high-quality coach education resources to ensure consistent training standards across the country.
As a volunteer-based sport, Croquet Australia recognises the significant contribution of volunteers who enable learning, development and participation at all levels. The National Coordinator of Coaching plays an important role in shaping the capability of current and future coaches, and in supporting the long-term growth of the sport.
