Croquet Australia is delighted to announce the appointment of Michelle Tickner as the new Pathways & Administration Coordinator.

Michelle brings with her over a decade of diverse experience in the sports industry, having worked across local government, federal government, and the not-for-profit sector. Her professional background includes a strong focus on sport development, most notably in her role as Sport Development Manager with Little Athletics WA. There, she led the design and delivery of development pathways for athletes, coaches, and officials, working extensively with volunteers.

Beyond her professional expertise, Michelle has also made her mark in the sporting world as an elite endurance athlete in triathlon. She later transitioned into coaching, successfully running her own coaching business and helping others achieve their sporting goals.

Croquet Australia looks forward to the leadership and insight Michelle will bring to this role, supporting the continued development of pathways for croquet participants across the country.
