CROǪUET AUSTRALIA HALL OF FAME COMMITTEE
- The HOFC will be appointed by the Croquet Australia board to review all nominations received from individuals. Its decisions regarding the suitability and induction of nominees shall be final and there is no appeal against its decisions.
- The HOFC shall comprise a chairperson, who shall be a member of the Croquet Australia Board, and four other members who shall not be members of the Croquet Australia Board. Other members are appointed by the Croquet Australia Board to serve a four-year term with rotation at two years. Half of the inaugural committee to serve 2 years with the option to serve a second term. Members may not serve for more than one term consecutively.
- The HOFC may not contain more than two individuals affiliated with the same Croquet Australia Member Association.
- Following receipt of a nomination, the Croquet Australia Member with whom the nominee is affiliated or, if deceased, associated shall be informed and be given the opportunity to make representations to the HOFC.
- The HOFC shall meet at least once in October each year, either electronically, by conference call or in person, to consider nominees for induction.
- Subject to paragraph 4.3, the HOFC chairman is responsible for deciding the procedures to be followed at each meeting.
