Athlete Pathway – From Grassroots to Greatness
The Athlete Pathway recognises every player's potential—from social and club players to emerging talent and elite competitors.
Players are encouraged to move at their own pace, supported by coaches and programs that match their level and goals.
Coaching Pathway – Develop the Developers
Coaches play a critical role in nurturing skill, confidence, and enjoyment in our sport.
All levels of each discipline will be supported through Croquet Australia’s Academy, offering online and in-person training, professional development opportunities, and accreditation tools.
Officials Pathway – Supporting Fair Play
Whether you're an umpire, referee, or tournament manager, the official’s pathway will aim to ensure you’re equipped to lead and support fair, high-quality competition.
