Media & Publicity
This event may be livestreamed and photographed by authorised persons only during general play and for official photos of winners at medal presentations. Any players wishing to be excluded from photographs taken at the medal presentations should remove themselves from official medal photos. Any player wishing to be excluded from photos taken during general play should see the tournament manager to collect a coloured wristband. Players should also check with tournament organisers to confirm which courts are to be covered on the livestream each day.

Entry Fees and Payment
Pay via Credit Card: Entry fees are inclusive of transaction fees of $3.78. We encourage ALL players selecting the payment via credit option as it is far more time efficient for our small team at Croquet Australia. Pay via Bank Transfer: If you choose to pay via bank transfer, you should download the invoice provided and when paying, please include the name/event/ref number shown on the invoice - for example:
Bob Smith/AC Open Doubles/ME12923

Due Date for Payment
Payment made by bank transfer must be made by or before the closing date of 15 October. 

Entry Refunds
In the event of a withdrawal from this event, any player may request in accordance with the CA refund policy. Entries paid by credit card can be refunded to the card used for payment within 2-3 business days of a refund request.
