CHAIR  – Pat Habner

Pat has served as a Director of Croquet Australia for three years, most recently as Deputy Chair and previously as President of Croquet Queensland. She has over 24 years of experience as a croquet player, is a Level 2 Coach, and an examining referee for Golf Croquet.

With an MBA and over nine years as a Board President of NFP organisations, Pat has held executive roles in various sectors and transitioned to Executive Coaching later in her career.

VICE CHAIR - Ben Richardson

Ben has a Diploma of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts and is an experienced director across a number of sectors. Bens's skillset lies within Digital Transformation Strategies.

TREASURER – Claire Keating

Treasurer of Croquet Victoria since June 2020, treasurer at Williamstown Croquet Club 2016 to 2023, and former member and treasurer at Mosman Croquet Club. Player and qualified referee and Level 1 coach in Golf Croquet. Member of Victorian GC State team 2022 and 2023.

A Chartered Accountant and Professional non-executive director, formerly a registered company auditor and partner in financial services at PwC. Graduate Member, Australian Institute of Company Directors

DIRECTOR – Graham Keating

Elected 30 April 2024.   President of Croquet Tasmania. Member of Sandy Bay Croquet Club and previous President 2011-2021. Past Treasurer of Eastern Shore Croquet Club and Croquet Tasmania.  Accredited AC and GC Referee.  Represented Tasmania at Eire Cup and Interstate Shield level.

DIRECTOR - Sarah Widin

Sarah has been playing croquet for 14 years and plays 3 of the 4 mallet sport disciplines.  She is a retired nurse and is the President, coach and part-time greenskeeper of her local club. As a previous member of the Croquet Queensland Management Committee, Sarah's was as Chairperson of the Governance Committee where she reviewed all policies, procedures, position descriptions and embedded national policies into CAQ.

APPOINTED DIRECTOR - Chris Marris

Chris has a Masters in Advertising and Bachelor's Degree in Business. Further education includes Executive Education on the Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports from Harvard Business School Boston. Chris's skillset is Digital and Media strategy.
