Ben has a Diploma of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts and is an experienced director across a number of sectors. Bens's skillset lies within Digital Transformation Strategies.

TREASURER – Steve Miles

Steve has been playing croquet since 2011.  He is a Level 2 coach for AC and GC and an examining referee for AC.   He is a member of NSW clubs Cammeray, Chatswood and Mosman and has been on the CNSW board where he was Treasurer.

A qualified but now retired actuary he has experience as a Chief Financial Officer as well as Chief Risk Officer.  He has extensive experience as a board member as well as reporting to boards.

   

DIRECTOR - Sarah Widin

Sarah has been playing croquet for 14 years and plays 3 of the 4 mallet sport disciplines.  She is a retired nurse and is the President, coach and part-time greenskeeper of her local club. As a previous member of the Croquet Queensland Management Committee, Sarah's was as Chairperson of the Governance Committee where she reviewed all policies, procedures, position descriptions and embedded national policies into CAQ.

   

DIRECTOR – Jennifer Comerford 

Jennifer has extensive experience in government settings focussing on governance and strategy, backed by a B Commerce, AICD qualified, and JP (Qual) QLD and numerous board roles. After starting playing croquet in 2024, Jennifer is keen and enthusiastic wanting to advance the sport of croquet at all levels.  

   

 APPOINTED DIRECTOR - Chris Marris

Chris has a Masters in Advertising and Bachelor's Degree in Business. Further education includes Executive Education on the Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports from Harvard Business School Boston. Chris's skillset is Digital and Media strategy.
