Expressions of interest will soon be open for the Australian Golf Croquet Open Open Singles Championship to be held in Victoria at Cairnlea from 13-17 May 2026.
Closing date for expressions of interest is Friday 17 April 2026 (midnight AEST time).
ENTRIES: 48 Player limit to be determined by your GC Ranking as of Friday 17th April.
GC Selectors can insert up to 2 players as wildcards. Entrants who do not initially get a place will go onto a Reserve list to fill vacancies in order as determined by the GC Selectors.
OVERSEAS: International entries are welcome; the player must be affiliated with the national body or governing body of a WCF Member country.
ENTRY FEE: $175
INFORMATION: Entries & Draws will be on Croquet Scores. Further information may be posted under Commentary for each event. The Program will be emailed to all entrants, and available on the CA website in soft copy.
BALLS: Dawson Balls Mk2
DRAW: To be conducted by the CA Events Advisory Group and GC Selection Committees. The World ranking list as at the 17th April will be used for seeding purposes.
FORMAT Block play with single games with 16 players progressing into knockout. Final matches will be best of 3, 13 point games, except the final will be best of 5 if time permits. Losing players go into consolation events.
CATERING: Coffee & tea free. Some snacks may be available for purchase.
