Lake Oconee Croquet Society (Eatanton, GA)

The Society has 42 members and play on two courts at The Inn on the Green at Port Armor Club and two courts at The Harbor Club. Both are gated golf course communities on Lake Coon.
These two venues have hosted numerous croquet tournaments one of which was the Masters of Croquet in 1988, won by internationally famous Neil Spooner. We have been host to three Southern Regional Championships and eight state championships.
Lake Oconee (19,000 acres) has become a vacation and retirement destination for many retirees over the past few years, only 80 miles from Atlanta International Airport and conviently near Interstate 20.
