Regarding the Men's & Women's
National Singles AC Championships
The VCA could only supply 12 courts in the Melbourne area on Day One of the Men's and Women's Singles. The Tournament Committee in conjunction with the Tournament Manager has produced a playing schedule for staggered starts on Day One to make the best use of the courts available (See the document "Start Times Day 1").

There are only 16 courts available for the remaining days. The Men's Plate Event will be played entirely at the VCC as it is anticipated that some KO games will carry over into day 2, therefore plate games will be scheduled on available courts.

The Women's Plate Event will be played at Essendon and Brunswick/Williamstown; with the exception of the Round 2 losers who will remain at the VCC to play their plate block.

Players are asked to expedite play by being on standby to start their games immediately a court is allocated by the Tournament Manager.

Players will be able to practice at the VCC on Friday 19 March from 9.00am - 5.00pm. Players may also Register at that time and collect polo-shirts and pay for their dinner tickets.
